My 4 month old daughter has a cute independence day dress. and I think it also says "all american girl". so for the celebrate the occasion (4th of July red, white and blue)

How I did it:
12 x 12 red and white polka dot paper
white stars: wild card cut at 5"
blue stars cut free hand
1" x 12" red strip
all american girl: fabulous sayings sticker
2- 2 3/4 x 3 3/4 rectangles for wallet size photos
5 1/2 x 4 for a cropped photo
star stamps: it's a love thing stamp set
inking
